I'm kinda scared a little for the future. If I'm already this big, what is 40 weeks going to look like? Hmmm...hopefully he comes early!

Our Good Little Eater and my 27th Birthday...YIKES!
Recently, Evan has been eating SO GOOD! Now, we put his food on his plate, give him a spoon or fork, and he goes to town! He thinks he's such a big boy now!...(Even though his stats prove otherwise!)
His 15 month stats were:
Weight: 20.6 lbs...........................5th%
Height: 29 1/2 inches....................10th%
At his check-up, the doctor gave us the usual monthly tips to take home and read. I found out that we were only supposed to be giving him no more than 16 ounces of milk a day with meals only and offering water all other times he is thirsty! This way, he is hungrier and getting most of his calories from food instead of milk. I was giving him his sippy with milk pretty much whenever he wanted it because I wanted to make sure he was getting enough! Hopefully now he will gain some weight and grow taller!! Here he is at Applebee's grubbing on chicken tenders and broccoli...and of course his new favorite discovery...RANCH DRESSING!!!
On January 3rd, I turned 27! Yikes...I'm getting old! ;) We relaxed after church and Sean made me pork tacos (my favorite dinner) and angel food cake with strawberries and whipped cream for my Birthday cake! (A recent pregnancy craving! haha!) Yum!
The next day we went to Disneyland with our friends and had dinner at the new CAFE RIO that just opened in Lake Forest!!!!! (the 2nd one is opening in Costa Mesa pretty soon...even closer!) It's all about the fire-grilled chicken quesadilla! DELICIOUS! We are so happy they have finally come to CA and we will DEFINITELY be going back SOON! Here we are celebrating by a cool bus that was parked outside...
Holiday Bowl '09
We went to the Holiday Bowl on December 30th with the Bell and Edwards families in our ward and had a blast! It was in San Diego and the Nebraska Cornhuskers SHUT OUT the Arizona Wildcats 33-0! Not a very exciting game to watch but just being there was great! We tail-gated before and after the game and had lots of yummy food! Here we are in our seats with our friends Zach and his girlfriend Melanie on the left and Meagan and Aeron on the right...

Christmas 2009!
We spent Christmas Eve at my aunt Dana's house in Brea with my mom's side of the family! We had a great time! All of the kids (my cousins) and Evan did a gift exhange. Evan absolutely LOVED his gift! A ball popper where the balls actually shoot out of the middle of the toy! He was FREAKING out and it was so fun to watch him get so excited!
I finally decided to post a couple baby bump pictures that I took that night...I'm 22 weeks here...Definitely popping out sooner and bigger than last time!
Every year Santa comes to the party...Evan wasn't too thrilled...
But he didn't mind the cute book Santa brought him!

A couple weeks earlier, Evan and I went to my parent's Ward Christmas Breakfast while Sean was working overtime all day. Evan loved running all around with the other kids...
And of course, Santa came! "Please don't give me to that scary man, Aunt Jill!"
Maybe he will like Santa more next year! The funny thing is, I have a picture of me with that EXACT face when I was his age! Hilarious!
Here is Evan in his car that Nana and Papa got for him! He LOVES it! It even has a spiffy drink holder that he actually uses!

Later that night we went to see the Christmas lights in Brea. All the cousins piled in the back of my Uncle's truck and we drove around the neighborhood!
We are so sad that Christmas is over! Can't wait until next year!

We're having ANOTHER BOY!!!
We went to this ultrasound place in Costa Mesa on November 16th and it was very clear! We are so excited for Evan to have a little brother and that they will be little buddies!
