Evan's 2nd Birthday!

Evan turned 2 on September 22nd! We can't believe he is already 2 years old. He is such a fun little kid and talks up a storm. He has a mind of his own and is like a little adult. He LOVES Toy Story so we decided to have a Toy Story themed party...

My friend Amy and I stayed up until 3 in the morning the night before making these DELICIOUS cake pops from www.Bakerella.com. They are crumbled up chocolate cake mixed with chocolate frosting formed into balls, then dipped in chocolate with sprinkles. They were SOOOOO good!

5 Months!

Carson is 5 months old! He is growing up so fast, it's sad! He's such a happy baby...he hardly ever cries and is just so content. Here he is trying to hold up that big head...

At 5 months Carson:

• sleeps from 9pm to 7am, then eats and sleeps until 10:30 or 11am
• rolls over from tummy to back (he's too lazy to try back to tummy)
• laughs out loud when he thinks you're funny enough
• absolutely LOVES his big brother Evan! He smiles and laughs at him all the time!
• still nursing but will take a pumped bottle fine now
• still hates rices cereal! Hope he takes it at 6 months when he is supposed to be eating solids!
• still loves being swaddled to sleep
• chomps on his fingers and hands ALL the time...no teeth yet, thank goodness for me!

Disneyland!

We went to Disneyland again and had a blast! We love having season passes...we're going to keep renewing them because the boys will love going all the time while growing up. This time, Evan seemed a little more hesitant with Mickey...he still hugged him, but seemed a tiny bit scared. Here is Sean and Evan swinging in the new Bug's Life world in California Adventure...
